    what gets you in the mood to map? and to make maps?
    how long does it take to make 10 good levels?

    Seriously though? I enjoy designing levels (placing objects).As far as how long it takes to make 10 good levels, that all depends on the mapper. I tend to take a lot of time to think out a level, although sometimes I make it up as I go along. If you are like me, it takes forever to make 10 good levels. But, I suppose if you don't take months off at a time (like me) you could knock out 10 good levels fairly quickly...

    Sorry for the late response
    For the levels in my SHS, I took average 5 hours to make, and an extra one hour just for bug checking/play testing. However, each level I make is usually pretty big, so if you make smaller levels, it will take less time.
