That's a stupid date. Give us a bit more time! 
How about October 1st, or just when everybody has their maps done. In my case, the given date will only make me rush the map, and then it'll look like crap.

He's right Eric, it did make him look like an idiot, which isn't fair if you deliberatly did something to make him look like that. Why didn't you just add a new post?

As there are only 2 maps received thus far, with one more expected soon, I'd suggest that the Haven mapset deadline should be extended to (say) the end of October.
