Final Fight 2 is going to be made

hey I was bored and browsing youtube today when I found these videos:

I was wondering if there was enough intrest to make a Final Fight 2. seems from the comments on the videos that people really like Final Fight. who would like to help me make Final Fight 2 if it were to be made. I thought it would be really cool to make a final fight 2. so what do you guys think?

Good videos, James. I especially liked the episode 1 level 4 video.

As for a Final Fight 2, it sounds like a good idea but I'd like to get the maps done for some of the outstanding projects first. Especially the TA mapset which still needs another 10 or so levels.

does anyone else think that a Final Fight 2 would be a good mod to make?

I do but I would recommend staying away from the 'Creator' maps this time.

well I'm not going to make creator maps this time. I did that because at the time I was redoing the mod I didn't have anyone helping me. but you do have to say that once brian and ack got done editing the creator levels(ep1lv10-ep6) that they didn't look like creator levels. also any story ideas are welcome guys.

If it fits the mod, then yes. BTW what did you think of the last level I made for the Team Aardwolf mapset?

I love the last level you made for the mapset.I kept hearing people shout and doors open and I'd go back where I was before and people would be shooting at me. very good level.

so what do you guys think of the music I've chosen. also I'd like to see what you guys think should be for the title(first song you hear when the mod starts up) and the menu.

It's quite a good selection overall. I think Knight_Man would be a good opening tune.

if there are any songs that you guys think I should use for the mod please feel free to put links of them here.

My SNES Wolf3D might be on hold. but I can still map for something. Ill start working on something for you Lil. just give me time, I know how to map, just making the perfect one might take time.

It's good to see that you are starting to concentrate on something else in the development of this other than the music!

Although getting the right music important theres a hell of a lot of work to get done before the music.

If you can give me the graphic and sprites and such files so I can load them all on ChaosEdit. Ill be able to see it better. Also, Just so you know, I have made many random things. So what Im making for this mod, Is sometype of Church and Castle thing. So far is like 10% done.

Well, you also have to take in account that this mod will have floor/ceiling textures.

yes I like to get the music for my mods first as they set the mood of the mod. now if anyone has any request for walls I should replace, just tell me and tell me what wall you want it replaced with. also here is a pic of the SS for Final Fight 2.(notice the SS now has the MP-60)

sorry for the double post here, but if you feel like making a map or 2 for Final Fight 2 go right ahead. just remember that if you make it now be sure to remember that this mod will have textured ceilings/floors. so far this is my favorite song that will be in the mod:

Well, the only thing I'm good at (and that's only my own thought) mapping and in general ideas
Plus I can do some coding, although Ronwolf is much better at this part
I just hope I will have some creative ideas and soon.. And btw I thought of recoding Castle Grom (this time it wont be Hi-Res)

well you can make some maps if you'd like. I do seem to need some help in teh general ideas section. I can't seem to come up with much of a story.

just to tell everyone, those walls are unused walls. I think he may have made them for some project but they didn't get used.

You're right lilmanjs. I made those for a shareware wolf mod but I never seem to complete it. Maybe someday in the future but right now others may use them if they like.

well I haven't recived the pistol guard from Megabyte yet so nothing really to update. I'm working on a level for the game but I dobut it will be finished anytime soon.

I'm sorry but I haven't got much time to work on it because of my job and the new car I bought. But if there's no hurry with it I think I could finish it in next week.
