I normally go to bed between 10-11pm and get up between 5:30-7am. I eat supper around 4-5pm then just drink tea and watch the news, then not eat or drink anything again except water until breakfast, I do my exercises and stretches around 7-8pm every night and then relax and listen to music or read a magazine. I used to sleep in a room where the window pointed towards the sun rising so I just got used to waking up with the sun, it's also nice to get up early to open my windows for a few hours in the summer (5:30-8am) to bring some colder air inside to tolerate the heat better later because I have no air conditioning.

I had heard that Elon Musk usually gets up at 2, 3, or 4 am. Then months later, I had heard that Elon Musk seriously wanted to install a bathroom with a toilet next to his office, a bed to stay overnight several nights, and argued with a security guard about it. The security guard wasn't amused.
