If you're going to add multiplayer (which would be an incredibly difficult exercise in and of itself), IPX would not be the way to go.

That's probably significantly easier, although still not easy.

Thanks, I'm planning to do a mac based mod on windows with splitscreen multiplayer. I hope I can start it soon.
