Theodore Martin is addicted to meth amphetamine.
He lives in a small appartment in New Jersey.
He hasn't had contact with his family for four years ever since he failed their requests to go to rehab.
He knows he should stop, but he hasn't got the strength.
Theodore's life is in shambles. Monday, April 1st, 1991; Theodore, after having a particularly bad trip wakes up realizing that he has just jumped off of his balcony and fell three stories into some bushes.
Realizing that he could have died, Theodore tries to get up to his appartment to try and reevaluate his life (again) but this time is attacked by an insane homeless person at the door.
Theo flees and soon finds himself lost in the city that he thought he knew so well.
Everything was still spinning from the last time he had used his drug.
Not knowing where he was, Theo decided to take refuge in an alleyway until he could get his head straight.
In moments hours have passed and he soon sees that it is already night time.
Theo decides to go home, but gets attacked by the same homeless man he saw at his appartment.
Not knowing what to do, Theo grabs the nearest object he sees (an ice pick) and blindly attempts to defend himself and blacks out.
Upon awakening Theodore finds himself standing above the insane hobo who was now missing and eye and was too paralyzed by pain to retaliate.
Theodore knew not what to do, and so he simply ran into the night.
The city seemed different, everything seemed to be leading him somehwere. Everything was warped and distorted. The pedestrians seemed to only wear black and gray and they hid their faces in the shadows without saying a word to eachother. As they looked at Theodore they started walking toward him... slowly at first but they started building speed.
Theo just ran into the night. He didn't know where he would be safe but he knew something was not right and that he would need to do anything he could to survive this nightmare.

Overdose is a game that I have written and rewritten the story for with a friend for a while now and have just recently decided to make it a Wolfenstein 3d mod. It will be featuring an incredably dark and psychotic atmosphere digging close at the Theo's darkest fears. Never expect the darkness to lift and never expect a happy ending...
The four weapons will be:
-Ice pick: A very handy weapon if you don't mind going toe to toe with your darkest fears.
-Beretta 92: Well you picked it off the streets so obviously it's been kinda beaten up and doesn't fire all that fast, but it's better than having to be in biting distance of your victim.
-Mac10: Somebody was packing heat... but they obviously weren't quick enough to use it against the creatures. Bad luck for them, but good luck for you. The Mac10 is exactly what you needed to wade through hordes of whatever the hell you're fighting. The only downside is the ammount of ammo it eats up as you use it, so you might want to preserve it.
-Franchi SPAS-12: If you thought that it was good luck that you found the Mac10, find yourself even more fortunate that you got your hands on one of these. The more menacing creeps will be blown away in single shots with this baby. Don't expect to find much ammo for it though, be thankful enough that you found the gun.
The enemies are currently a secret, but I will be updating later with some pics when the time is appropriate.

The graphics and maps will mostly be done by myself, though map help will be coming from some wolfing friends as well.
I'll be updating soon with some pictures of Theo and his weapons.
