anyone can guess on the pic that is posted and whoever gets it right must post another pic of a different mod.
I will start off:

I just found this "Name That Mod" forum today. I knew the one that was Spear End of Destiny, but I was clueless for most of the others. How do you all have such photographic memories? That's cool.

Edit: I had forgotten to mention that I knew the Klooni one.

Generally we know them because we've played those mods.

I'll take a wild guess. Is it some sort of Klooni mapset?

That's tough to guess. I almost would have guessed "All This And Wolf3D." So I played the game today to check. It's a different scene with the elevator being blocked by a column on level 4.

The mod was made a lot earlier than 'All This And Wolf3D', though in some ways it has a similar style.

I remember playing that mod years ago and thinking that the walls looked like they'd been coloured in with a black texta!

I never played the damn thing at all, it's just I recall the name of those mods. It looks real shabby. But what was this? 1999? It's a go, that is.

It came out as a 2 level demo in August 1999. It was meant to be extended later but never was.

It could be fun if one day we'd be able to look up all the mods that never came out - big or small. Stuff such as "Close Combat" is a good example, but also Zach Higgins' "In Danger" (or was it called "Hidden Danger"?), the widespread Kreml 3D and many more. Such a sad tale.

I'm working on some projects now, but eventually I want to list all the incomplete or demo mods on Wolfenstein Goodies in the alphabetical list. Schabbs doesn't post incomplete or demo mods in his alphabetical list on The Dome anymore.

I like the King Tut picture. I don't know yet what mod it's from.

Now I'm guessing. Is it Ian Skevos-Jones' Quest For The Amulet or Sandy's The Portal?

No, it's not that one either (and that's a WEIRD mod!) - oh well. A li'l hint for you all - it was released in 2002.

"Wolfenken" indeed! This was the first modification of Wolf I ever played. Back then I assumed I had no idea what modding was or how coding or mapping worked at all - I was just stunned by the goofy sounds and odd choice of graphics. But that's certainly one experience that won't come back after all these years in Wolf. You got to have the crappy ol' 98 with the big, white/grey computer gear and everything. It's so hard to replicate on a fancy black flat-screen running in an emulator.
