Welterigcht is my first guess, followed by The Lost Relic.

If not, could you provide a hint to compensate for poor screenshot quality (author, year of release, etc.)?

Hint: It was made by Richter Belmont under his then former screenname of Kyo Kusanagi. He made a series of this very well-known mod.

I'm not going to say what it is but one question about the Picture.

It looks like the Palette is messed up.

It's not the palette that's messed up, Richter. It's the Dosbox. I should've used 0.74 to take the screenshot, but no matter.

My humble guess is "Weltgericht". I know Mega Mario Luigi Boy-whatever ripped off both Vertilgung, Spear Resurrection and any given WSJ-game for most of their output, and I seemed to connect those features with that title. "Weltgericht" from my part.

Looks like "Spear Of Dreams" to me.

Funny, it reminds me of a level I made when I was 12. For some reason I always wanted to be able to walk around in that night sky so I made a map that looks just like that. That's when I found out that it wasn't as cool as I imagined it would be.

I get that. In my crappier days, I also used the night texture to the extremes; however, not knowing that the "daylight"-texture would take up one side, I got very disappointed and didn't know what to do. Those days in which the night sky and anything beyond columns, oil drums or barrels seemed unreachable are gone! So much for growing up and growing wiser...

Eh, I knew it would make my levels crappy, but I did it anyways to make them extremely crazy.

The last news I found on it is about a 3 level demo released 17th Oct 2010. See Oct 17th post on http://www.wolfenstein3d.co.uk/newssep2010.htm . This version runs without Dosbox on Windows 7.
