I thought that General Fatface is the second most difficult to beat and I had to keep reloading the episode 6 save.  I rate him as 9.5/10 on difficulty.  Episode 6 was tough for players in 1992 and 1993!

Nobody told me in 1993 that when you get injected to death by Schabbs that the heads up display shows you as a mutant!

Thomas, I’m very surprised you didn’t notice episodes 2 and 3.  Episodes 2 and 3 are unofficial or not part of the official timeline.  They were sold boxed at Sam’s Club for awhile in America.  I bought the Super CD pack from Ebay of episodes 1 to 3 which also includes either an editor or a random level generator.  Episodes 2 and 3 were made by Formgen and not by ID Software.  The lost episodes are less famous.
 
The ghosts are different, dogs are changed to bats, and there are other changes.  It has Professor Quarkblitz, Hans The Axe, and others.  Depending on whether you have the CD-rom, Gog, or Steampowered version, the last level of episode 3 has some wall sprites that look like they were trying to tie it into the Doom timeline and it didn’t exactly work.
 
My brother-in-law and his Dad had episodes 2, 3, and Rise of The Triad.  I can’t be the only one that remembers The Lost Episodes.

First I played your “All This and Wolf 3D” and I wondered where you’ve gotten the different ghost sprites for level 68.  Or maybe you made levels 1-67 and Chris made levels 68-70.  Then I played episodes 2 and 3 of SOD and I recognized the different ghost sprites.
 
Somebody once contacted me asking if The Atari Jaguar Wolfenstein 3D includes the Lost Episodes.  The Atari Jaguar version is certain Wolfenstein 3D levels without the Pac-Man ghosts combined with certain Spear of Destiny levels.  The Hades level and The Angel of Death aren’t included.

LOL no Chris only made level 69. He could not have made levels 68 & 70 as the general consensus is that they suck.

You are correct.  I had forgotten the episode 2 and 3 dogs are still there, but that they are changed.

Is there actually a difference combat wise between Trans, Greta, and Hans?
