How can you rip IMF files from Wolf3d mods and make them into MP3s?

A while back, Balames87 recorded the IMF tracks of Spear Resurrection and put them on Youtube (before the SDL version came out) so it seems possible. IF it even is possible, it is possible to rip them from SDL mods as well? I'd rather rip them from SDL versions as DOSbox makes the quality very crappy.

I've always had intentions of adding IMF music to my iPod in Mp3 format.

I also think most of the SOD2 music is boss, but it's mainly ripped from other games like Doom and (uncertain here) ROTT/Blake Stone/Corridor 7. That said it was the first mod to utilize those tunes.

Well, I ripped almost 50 total of my most favorite IMF tracks ranging from Spear Resurrection/End of Destiny to Coming of the Storm, Eisenritter/Toteneisenritter, Heimzalung, Eisenfaust Origins, Mutant Strike, Letztershutz, medEvil.

Now if only I can get my hands on the Orb of Dilaaria sound files...
