How to get mapedit.exe ?

Hello,

I hope someone herein can help me with some infos how I can get the file mapedit.exe to create own levels / objects etc.

It normally should be anywhere in the wolf3d folder, but I couldn't find it.

I also tried the search engine inside this board, but I didn't find it.

Is it possible to download somewhere?
