Heart and Arrow Emoticon

Well, it seems that the forum has run into a minor glitch. The emoticons, and were a bit glitched. They did not show up on forum posts, yet showed up on the chatbox. I edited the code for them, they should work now.

Speaking of that, I sense we need some more emoticons...

Extra note: If you are applying for a group, please PM the moderator of the group. People won't even know you applied for a group if you don't notify them.
