I check every mod anyway. What keeps me most interested in playing is the quality of the mapping. There's also the overall feel of the mod and the way any changes blend with each other.

I picked the coding changes. But, really that's only part of it. The things Schabbs said I also agree with. I like well designed levels. Lot's of good coding changes that actual benefit the mod also help.

What gets me to play a wolf3d mod is if it's available. What gets you to play a Wolf3d Mod? Icon_smile

What keeps me playing it is interesting level design. Coding changes and new graphics/sounds might help a bit too, but if the levels are poor, I lose interest.

What gets you to play a Wolf3d Mod? Empty I voted for coding changes.

I voted for coding changes. I want to play mods with coding or graphics changes partly because I might eventually make a mod with coding or graphics changes.

I would have liked to have been able to select more than one option. It's different things for me that gets me interested enough to play a mod.

The Description from Wolf3d Dome + Who Made the Game + The Coding Changed +.. Different criteria.. Mods/TC are pleasant where corridors alternate events on the nature.. it is pleasant when many traps, riddles.. For example now I finish "Spear End of Destiny". It was interesting to use "dangerous fireballs" as the additional weapon. Very much pleasant that "Artefact of Invulnerability" sometime it is possible to use on a miscellaneous - for passage of difficult sites, for a duel wih bosses. One more fine idea "Artefact of Displacement: Teleports you to another location"..
Probably it would be interesting if at opponents an ammunition too came to an end.. there were espionage missions (disguise in another's form)..

Maps... I don't like very mazy maps for the simple reason that I aim to 100%...
That's why I don't like Castle Totenkopf SDL.
