Eisenfaust Origins or Spear Resurrection (but NOT EoD). And I haven't nearly finished Orb, if that counts. Possible runner up also for Conflict/Fatherland (but I have played Totemgraeber). So my answer is probably whatever in that list is most famous, per se.
