Mod makers who plagiarize any more will be banned

Plagiarism is a fine line to cross.  It’s a waste of the time & resources of the one doing the unauthorized work & of the time of the ones playing the mod.  It can only ruin the reputation of the ones copying the ideas.  When in doubt, ask permission for maps, code, layouts, graphics, sounds, music, concepts, or etc.  Please credit where you’ve gotten the intellectual property for your mod.
 
It would be a waste of Brian’s time if he were still the webmaster of The Wolfenstein 3D Dome & putting the copied mods online.  It’s a waste of my time when I put the mod on Wolfenstein Goodies or of Tristan’s time if he were to put the mod on The Wolf Front.
 
That having been said, I have had a chat with Dark_wizzie, the other Wolf 3D Haven moderator.  We have decided that anybody who still plagiarizes any more mods, especially where we can tell where it came from, will be banned from The Wolf 3D Haven.
 
If you are uncomfortable with your mod still being on The Wolfenstein 3D Dome, Wolfenstein Goodies, The Wolf Front, or a Wolf 3D Haven thread because it’s plagiarized, outdated, or whichever, then contact us & we’ll see if we can take it down.  Contact me if you suspect that somebody is copying your intellectual property in your game.

I received another weird, confusing message.  It was about if it’s OK to plagiarize maps made by people other than ID Software.  No, it’s not OK & it doesn’t help.  Mod makers who still plagiarize will be banned from The Wolf 3D Haven & Wolfenstein Goodies.

There was another argument in a thread where the banned member was mentioned.  I'm not mentioning him by name this time.

As far as the banned member, if whenever I see somebody making posts that show red flags and match his IP addresses of his previous accounts, I will ban him from the new Wolf3D Haven account.  I blocked him on Facebook and blocked his email.

He thought that just because he has a mental disability that others have to do the dirty work for him.  Just say that you're not obligated to do the work for him.

I think that this is making me sad and I have a mixed message about this.  We're too normal and we should keep some of our negative comments to ourselves about the mentally disabled or mentally ill.  I don't want to be tempted to further libel/slander/bother/dishearten him, so I'll give him the cold shoulder and won't communicate with him.

With some of the people who are mentally disabled or mentally ill, we shouldn't say much of anything negative because it could be libel, slander, a legal issue, sometimes a privacy violation, they already might not be feeling well, they might have denial, they might have depression that comes with it, or they might fight back.  We sometimes shouldn't respond to disrespectful people.  We should be mindful of other people who can see our posts.  I don't know how tactful this is of me, but I feel that this needs to be typed.  I'm not feeling good while typing this.

EDIT: I meant the one who was banned for not following the plagiarism rule, not the one who requested that his own account be deactivated.
