Here's a new 3 level shareware mod from Keith Krueger. It's 'Grand Theft Auto: Vice City SDL'. Virtually all graphics, sounds and music have been changed and the mod has a cartoon type feel. There are some nude sprites in the strip club. Both SDL and Dos exes are included. Available here. Vista/Windows-compatible.

Okaaaay now... this was a worthless mod.

I couldn't flat out say this because I had no evidence to back me up. Thanks to this, I can now say it: I can make better mods than this.

The strip club is on the first level and not very far away from the beginning. I've gotten 100% items, 100% secret, and 97% treasure on the first level. The only secret passage on the first level is the police station. You need keys to open the jail cells.
