Guten Tag,
Not sure who all will remember me, but I was the owner of the Wolfenstein 3-D Vault and creator of several mods back in the 1998-2000 era, Armageddon (1999) and Road to Neuschwanstein (2000) being my most notable ones. Yes, I am from an era when Mapedit was the preferred editor and changing the EXE required a hex editor. People were raving over Gary's Schabbs 2000, and Brian Rowan had just released Project Totengraeber, one of the first to truly utilize the source code and possibly the best Wolfenstein 3D mod I have ever played.
Anyways, in case anybody hasn't seen in Dome News, I am back and am working on a new mod called Wolfenstein Forever. As of now, it is planned to be a 35 level mod with a storyline centered around assassinating Hitler. There will be a few source code changes, but as before, my specialty is level design and re-creating the feel and atmosphere ID captured us with. There are 6 levels completed thus far.
With the Vault long gone, I plan on putting up a new website soon, though I don't yet know how extensive or when Ill get around to doing it. Anyways, it feels great to be back. Btw, I still prefer Mapedit for designing levels though FloEdit II is a godsend for everything else.
