    Hey Guys!

    Richter Belmont Here and it is time for a new part to the Lost World Saga


    Story

    Kate found Mark in the Last Part and Mark is Back in Action. Now something happen. In Tokyo, Japan the Neo Nazis (the new Cult) is taken over the country and trying to Revive The Devil himself with the Orb of Satan's Blood. It is time for Mark to stop this once and for all. Equiped with a Viper 9-00 Mark is going to Tokyo to stop this.

    Well, my review was like this:
    The levels fitted well together and sounds and music were good...
    Some levels were a bit too short and maybe you should check
    the enemies and supplies in some of the levels as they might
    be hard for the beginners.

    One more thing that I recomend.. Make you own levels... I can see that some of the levels arent yours, and it's like this in most of your games.. Just ask for people to help you with the levels.. And Besides.. If you already use someone elses level, make sure to redesign it, since it looks really weird (after all you dont use the same Wall Textures..)
    But that's just my opinion...

    I think you need to include the credits list in the files of the game, If you'd 'borrowed' my stuff I would want it included. When people download this at some time in the future the credits list may not always be there. I also agree that you should be using your own levels, this has been mentioned many time before with each of your mods but for some reason you just seem to want to rush them to release...

    if parts 1 and 2 are ever made or the last part(part Cool is made I would be glad to make a few maps for you. you need to have your own maps. you could even use the creator program and edit those levels to make them better. still this mod is fun.

    ...Though I still look for the first key.
    Such thing doesn't benefit the mod, on the contary. Especially when mod has enouph levels not to prolong it's play by artificial ways.

    well as Doomjedi does point out, making requirred keys hard to find may not be ideal, you can very legitmatly put keys needed for secret areas in ahrd to find places. bones alert, i think, will show you Very Happy

    You might want to be careful there, a lot of people aren't too supportive of using the 'Creator' program for levels. In fact they were banned from the Dome quite a few years ago after many complaints. You can never go past the hard work and enjoyment of making your own maps IMO, I think you'll feel a lot prouder about your mod if you do, as will others...

    I know that dean, but sometimes if you are like richter and want to make mods quickly you can just use that program and edit the levels.

    All Creator levels should be banished from the Dome. I think it did not so long ago. They're so tedious, even with edits.

    have you played the final fight yet? most of the levels there(eps 2-6) were creator levels. but then again having brian and ack doing level edits the levels don't even look like creator levels.

    BTW with the Lost World Part 7, has anyone finished level 8 yet? Just wondering, as I received this query about it and I'm only up to level 4.

    "I have a problem with the add-on Lost World part 7 and I don't
    know how to resolve it. Can you help me, please ?
    In the level 8 I have two keys (a red one and a blue one) but
    they do not open any door, and two other doors are closed,
    a message say to me I have to find the gold key and the tan key
    but I can't find it, however I traversed several times all the level...
    I am completely desperate... "


    If anyone has any hints on how to complete the level I'd be very grateful to hear them as it will probably be a few days yet before I get to playing it. Sad

    I'm sure with enough editing that the levels could be improved quite a bit. For me I would always know, theres no way I personally would ever do it.

    The 'missing key' bug on level 8 has been fixed. There's a saved game included at the end of level 7 (hardest difficulty level).

    A bug was found on level 28 by Jan. The exit elevator didn't work. It's now been fixed and the updated zip replaces the earlier one. It's the same filename as before http://www.brlowe.co.uk/TLWP7Full.zip . A saved game part of the way through level 28 has been included (highest difficulty level).

    Jan and myself have since found a few other missing key bugs (level 31 and onwards). Hopefully, everything has now been fixed. I've now played the set through to the final boss level.

    A new zip has been posted wiih the same filename as before http://www.brlowe.co.uk/TLWP7Full.zip . There are a few saved games (highest difficulty level) included from level 28 onwards.

    @Richter - Although I fixed all the levels, could you please check out level 36 as the ceiling doesn't look right.

    Kyo's talent is improving, no doubt, but he'll never become a pure wolfer if he just keeps on using BJ Rowan's good old maps and release games even before they're tested. That's something that you do the first six-eight months you're new here. I did that too, releasing games with bugs and shitty maps done in five minutes and so on. It's just not right. You're coding is getting better, all that 128x128 stuff still blows me away, but you should really sit down and think of mapping and testing too.

    I don't play those fixes, as I never want to lose my saved games. And with lost keys...well, this mod loses it's target audience, just for rushing in.

    this mod was tested. but I didn't seem to find any problems(I've played the mod through 3 times) and only on the third time did I start seeing problems as I played though without cheating. but brian keeps finding the bugs before me though.

    I do agree with you that Kyo's talent does seem to be improveing however his total lack of care about some other aspects of his games just toally pisses me off.
    1. The lack of testing and problem solving BEFORE releasing. Every version has multiple bug fixes...
    2. The theft of other peoples sprites and walls. I say theft because of Kyo's continual refusual to credit everyone that he, <clears throat> 'borrows', everything from.

    he doesn't have to credit where most of his walls come from in this mod. he's using a lot of the walls from the areyp texture library and it states over there that if you modify the walls that you have to credit them, but if you don't then you don't have to credit them. but for everything else he should give credit.

    With cheating, how do you expect to find keys problems? Smile

    Kio does such large and fast work.....but when he rushes the release it brings all of his potential and talent down.

    He might do better if he'd hire "release-readyness" manager for his mods, which will have the veto vote for such subject. Smile

    lol! Yeah, that could be an idea. I think I played one mod that I liked, which had good maps and nice graphics. But that should be it. He's been here as long as I have, actually a couple of months more, and he's still on the newbie stage for most people! And that's a pity, now that his coding is good and so on. But stealing graphics and skipping the testing (Or bad testers? I don't know) really, as doomjedi said, brings it all down.

    I have to say that the weapons are so much fun...tons of fun. And reloading feature is most cool.

    Beside the weapons, the rest is pretty "average".

    This mod is so cool.I can't stop playing it.When i'll finish it i'll probably start it all over again because it's very addictive.But I have a problem with the reloading.Don't get me wrong it's excellent to see BJ reload the gun by this self but those 2 or 3 seconds that take until he reloads are a problem because I died some times because of that and there aren't too many places to hide.
