Re: Officer-Michael John
I have no idea if Mr. Ling Yan Li is on this forum.Officer-Michael John wrote:Lingyan203 how did you do the Schabbs2000 were in the Schabbs3000?
Sir, what country did you grow up in? What language do you speak? I'm not quite sure what you're asking.

I think he's curious as to how on earth in 2005 Ling Yan Li managed to get so much off of Schabbs 2000 (mapping bits and graphics) - as was I! Chris sent me the overview maps in mid-2006 and I was flabbergasted as to how little space they took up and felt humongous.
And for the tenth time, Officer Michael John is seemingly Hungarian.

Ling's responses by Facebook
I sent Ling a link to this thread by Facebook message and here are his 3 brief responses:
Ling Li:
I have been playing Schabbs 2000 for awhile many times since it was one of my first Wolf3D TC's I've ever played. So I thought it would be really nice to make my first TC similar to the one I grew up with.
Ling Li:
I wanted to make a sequel to Schabbs 2000 so I thought it would be really nice to call it Schabbs 3000. I was gonna make it only to have the episode screen to just say select the first one at the top and Schabbs 3000 replace the first episode, but since that kinda caused me serious problems so I decided to use the source code tutorial "Seamless Level Progression" by MCS Amsterdam.
Ling Li:
I also decided since I kinda rushed on some of the levels, I decided to add new maps to the old replaced once to make a revised version of the mod.
