Josh has released 'The Holy Grail SDL'. There are 3 episodes, each with 7 levels, consisting of the Spear demo levels and the original Amazing Grace levels. Each episode has the same maps but different graphics. BJ starts off in Castle Nuremberg, then he arrives at another place and it is nighttime. The place is called the Temple of Doom. Available here. Vista/Windows 7-compatible.

Castle Nuremberg was destroyed in the original Spear of Destiny game. I am going to say that the places in Amazing Grace and in the Holy Grail in each episode are 6 different buildings since castle nuremberg got destroyed in the first episode. They could have been rebuilt at the same place or built somewhere else. You will see the Temple of Doom either at the same location or another location in Apollyon. You will also see an exact replica with lost episode graphics at another location. Getting the spear of destiny and transporting to another place in each Spear of Destiny episode must destroy the location.
