Welcome to year 2012. According to some, the Mayans say we all die this year. I hope you enjoyed the holidays, and holiday break is almost over. Time to get cracking and working. cyclops

Happy New Year Empty Happy New Year!

Have a Happy New Year this January unless you're an Iranian! The Iranian Calendar is so ancient that their New Year's Day is in March.

I thought that Israelis and Orthodox Jews have a New Year's Day in December, but I'd have to check. Muslims have a different New Year's Day. There are 3 different calendars in South India.

Today is the day that non-Mexicans misinterpret the Maya calendar as predicting that the world would end. For no apparent reason, I'm not able to log into my web space using the same password today. I was going to add in my save game of the level from Unreal Tournament with the iconic calendar stone and screenshots. I'll just have to do that later today.

Yes, Happy Holidays. I will be gone for the weekend, back to Seattle to visit family.

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report!

Damn it. The Mayans owe me money. I wasted ALL my money on building an arc for this end of the world thing. I mean, not even a SINGLE WAVE came through. I put all of my belongings onto this thing, which took HOURS, just to have to take it all off. I mean, I thought these "predictions" were going to happen. Oh well. I guess I have an arc now.

10 or 15 years ago, a northern Indiana man built an arc. His idea that there was going to be a flood sounded inconsistent since he later took it apart.

Before 1993 a televangelist said that, "God is holding his breath and will spit out water to make another flood." I avoided him like the plague and he reminded me of a preacher from the movie "Leap of Faith:" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0104695/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Look at failed Apocalypse scenarios at http://www.abhota.info/ . I avoid the likes of the people who preach that Earth is going to end in our lifetimes.
