I am just of the opinion that you should only ask if you're truly stumped and cannot find a relevant tutorial. I'm fine with helping, but I'm not terribly keen on doing someone's work for them, no programmer is or ever will be. To quote a rather old book, if you give a man a fish he's fed for the day, but if you teach him HOW to fish, he's fed for life. To continue the metaphor, giving Wizzie a fish will teach him nothing of looking through the code or how the engine works. I'd rather give him a pole, line and hook (using search on DHW and experimenting with the code himself) and he find his own fish.

It was just a rant about the value of learning things the old fashioned way, but I'm an old man and it should be taken with a grain of salt Neutral

and the bus is interupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report!

Hey Wizzie, if your map editing program is lagging on you, then use Mapedit. You're gonna need to make more levels to offset what you originally planned to add on a 128 X 128 scale. 30 seamless levels isn't going to cut it with what you are planning.

No, I want larger levels. I hope Havoc can come up with a solution. Or I'll just learn to get used to it.

WDC supports 128x128 maps. Go to Map Tools on the top bar, then click Map Information. A dialog will pop out where you can input information, including map size.

I know, I used WDC, but I don't like mapping on it, and it lags on 128x128 for me. Odd.

That is actually kind of unusual. You may try running fewer programs at once, otherwise I wouldn't know.
