Here is a new SDL mod called 'Amazing Grace' It's by jpb6891 and has 5 levels. The first one is quite small but the other 4 are extensive. The game play can be quite challenging at times though all levels are beatable when playing in the hardest mode. Although the mod is Spear based, Hans Grosse makes an appearance. The game is meant to be played as an epilogue to the Wolf3D series, hence the title. The Spear entry questions have been left in. Available here. Vista/Windows 7-compatible.

Looks good, I look forward to giving it a try when I get my laptop functioning again.

I have Windows XP and the game works on that.

Re the addon lists, I normally wait a week on so before I update them. Sometimes the games change.

Level 1 was easy. I've beaten this game on the easiest difficulty setting. I've played it partly because I thought that there would be an alternate ending animation of a funeral where Amazing Grace is played, but there wasn't. Maybe you might want to contact the makers of Spear Resurrection and Spear End of Destiny and the makers of The False Spear about how to make alternate ending animations. Maybe you could add an alternate ending animation with Amazing Grace played and resubmit it.

The readme file mentioned Wolfenstein Endgame and I've never played it.
