    I need that source code for more features and memory and google's being too darn stubborn to actually look for it!

    No, Wolf4GW. There is such an engine...though don't see any reason to use it.

    Wolf4GW is open-source. It has now been super-ceded by Wolf4SDL, which was also coded by Ripper.

    I downloaded it, and it uses _asm keyword so it needs Watcom 11+++ .. I have 10 at the moment so I'm unable to build.

    ---update

    I managed to get it to compile with OpenWatcom 1.3

    You can download what I have here.

    it will overwrite c:\watcom with my openwatcom 1.3 install, along with the wolfdx source (its derived from wolf4gw) and the demo levels.  run compile to build and run.
