I want to take several hours of an online course about a somewhat new software called Unity3D. It’s used to make simulations and computer games. I might make a first person shooter game over the months and let people download it for free. It may or may not be a sci-fi game. I don’t promise to finish the game. Are you interested in helping make it or in playing it later? If nobody here is interested in playing it, then I am less enthusiastic about making it. I also want to simulate a mechanism in Unity3D.

Course: http://unity3d.com/learn/live-training/ (Edit: as of June 7, the June 10th and 11th sessions are full)
    Tutorials: http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/modules & http://www.lynda.com/Unity-3D-tutorials/Unity-3D-35-Essential-Training/96677-2.html
Does anybody know how to get past level 1 of this free online game?: http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/projects/stealth/webplayer

I heard about it a while back. It's still a steep learning curve though.

It's also expensive except for only the 30-day trial. I edited my post that the June 10th and 11th sessions are full. If I can't get signed up this summer then I'm probably switching to the Unreal Development Kit or forgetting about it to move to making a MUGEN game.

You can also go on a ship and be like the pirates of the Caribbean, you know? ARRR! I mean, pirates bring in the booty, including the l3wt.

I don't understand what your pirates joke has to do with Unity3D.
