I like Sunny-side up and poached. Poached is nice for an Eggs Benedict or to put in stant noodles. Lots of drippy yolk, but easy to make. Scrambled eggs I put the salt in last to prevent it frlom getting soggy, and I keep stirring the eggs over high heat, removing the small skillet when nessesary... trying to get fluffy, nice scrambled eggs. Add some chives! When I eat at Dennys, I always go for sunny-side up!
