How do you like your eggs?

How do you guys like your eggs?!!?

I like Sunny-side up and poached. Poached is nice for an Eggs Benedict or to put in stant noodles. Lots of drippy yolk, but easy to make. Scrambled eggs I put the salt in last to prevent it frlom getting soggy, and I keep stirring the eggs over high heat, removing the small skillet when nessesary... trying to get fluffy, nice scrambled eggs. Add some chives! When I eat at Dennys, I always go for sunny-side up!

Good source of protein, kiddies.

Scrambled or sunny-side up. Matter of fact I had scrambled eggo's, Italian ham and washed it all down with a large Oranjeboom beer (Ron knows that one) a couple of days ago. Good stuff after a working day in this friggin' weather.

Ay any rate, I think I used to make scrambled eggs and add like 5 eggs, so I cook more at one time without need to go through the stirring. (Yeah, I picked the longer-winded way to cook it.) In retrospect, that's a quite a lot of eggs! I've recently tried adding scrambled eggs to a mix of different colored bell peppers, white mushrooms, carrots, and pees. Add some oyster sauce and soy sauce, pepper. Some chives, and I have an easy meal.
