Mac-enstein The COMPLETE Encounter?

Say, I was wondering if anybody knew of a mod or had an idea that could turn that awesome "Mac-enstein Second Encounter" MOD into a "complete" version. You know, add The First, Third, and Fourth Encounters into the mix.
Yeah, I know the First is just three levels, and the Third and Fourth tended to be rehashes of older maps, but still, I was hoping somebody could help me get the complete Mac gaming experiance.

There is actually a First Encounter 3 level set on Dome News though I think these 3 levels may already be included in the 2nd Encounter. See 7th March post on http://www.wolfenstein3d.co.uk/newsmar2007.htm .

I haven't seen either the 3rd/4th Encounters though.
