Wolf3d Bethesda Twitch Stream

There was a small Bethesda Twitch stream today. <50 viewers, lasting like an hour. They asked 3 trivia questions. Being the first to hear and understand the first question, I had time to Google the answer and was the first to reply by a small margin, winning one of their three Wolfenstein: The New Order concept art books! I also answered the second question the first by a nice margin: Wolfenstein3D was released in 1992.

Girls don't play games, so that's probably a guy in disguise.   


There were like... 3 girls in the entire stream, which is more than I anticipated.

Girls play lots of games believe me, just rarely computer ones... Or maybe they do! When I was a kid none of the girls knew how to use a computer. Now everybody's bizzing round laptops, tablets etc... Brave new world indeed.

Still mostly the guys playing Battlefield 4. I think people try too hard to try to push the idea that gaming is really half male, half female. "Gaming" as in what, Candy Crush? I guess they are games, yeah, but that's not what I have in mind. People playing the more involved, hardcore games on their tricked out PCs, those are still almost all guys.
