Where to get Nitemare 3d colour palette?

Hi I would like to use the Nitemare 3d palette for my mod.

Does anyone know how/where I could get it?

I found this quite old thread on another website that has a picture of it, but there is now download link.

Obviously copying the  .pal files from N3D won't work because it uses a different engine.

Don't worry guys, I have figured out a way to get the colors, even though it's manual and quite tedious . I copied the wolf pallet and I'm editing it in ChaosEdit , I opened the n3d palette in GIF format in gimp, and I'm copying the red blue and green code numbers from the N3d palette  into each colour on the new wolf 3d palette.

Aren't there ways to get the palette from the bitmap of the palette? Doesn't Paint Shop Pro do that? Just open the picture of the palette and generate a palette file from it.

Cheers I converted it to .BMP in paintshop and it works now. Thank you very much.

I have a problem, I converted it .pal but when I try using it in Wolfenstein Sprite Recolor it says 
" Index was outside the bounds of array".
