I love the guard placing, really surprise me every time.
Lack of scenery limit is put to good use as well.

I'll give this a shot tomorrow and let you know what I think. I like how you made the last mod with the idea of stealth only, now with infinite enemies. Different ideas.

Thanks! I would say this is more of a regular mapset, but the removal of the object/guard limit really gives the mapper room to experiment and create some new scenarios. Was very cool to work with. Smile

Ohhh, I thought you meant the game is made so enemies constantly come to the level, in a never ending fashion, lol.

Interesting mapping so far though tongue

Well, that would be a cool concept I guess. Keep you on your toes. Razz

Why are there ghosts in completely normal levels like 7 and 17?

Not a criticism (especially before I even play the thing), just wondering.

Simply because we can, really. While we stuck with the basic themes (tunnels, castle etc.) from SoD, in that we have a lot of freedom to experiment a bit. And the ghosts are an interesting part that are rarely used outside of level 21. So I thought it would be cool to have those outside of there, see if that works.

Thanks for putting up the videos LW, nice to see someone else play Ron's 'Elevators' level, that's my favourite from the set!

This is great. I gotta say I didn't think you could get much more action out of a wolf3d mod and was a nice change of pace to play after trying for a long while to see if I could actually beat my latest level for FF2. Tons of action and even with the chaingun in level 2, it still manages to kick your ass!
