My laptop died.. and I choose a new one.
High speeds I do not need. Although I would like to play the game "RetroBlazer"..
The laptop will be modest.
Still..
How important is it to the processor and the video were from the same manufacturer

I'm watching this thread. I would also like to know specifications for RetroBlazer.

That means absolutely nothing to me. I need specific model numbers of the CPU and/or GPU.

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6370M (1Gb DDR3)
RAM: 4Gb DDR

Tomorrow I'll try to play "RetroBlazer"..
and I think everything will turn out as "Doom 3" on my laptop has started ..

Doom 3... Is that even any good? Or was it just the movie that was bad (I tend to confuse these two).

"Doom 3" - the game.
"Far Cry" unfortunately executed with errors. There was no texture sea and land..
But more upset about the fact that these games do not support the resolution of the monitor. Although probably should see the settings..
Although the main thing that my favorite game "Marathon" on a new engine "Aleph One" run without problems.

Your monitor is most likely standard resolution, so it's not the game's fault.
