The Dome server has been down a few times today. This will affect not only access to the Dome webpages but also the downloading of many of the older mods. Most newer mods are on other servers and will not be affected.
Easyspace, who runs the Dome server, released the following:
Connectivity issues

Customers with sites on the IP address range 84.22.16x.x may be experiencing intermittent issues when connecting to their sites. This issue is currently being investigated. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to assure you that there will be a resolution in place shortly.
