Hitler Strikes Back SDL v1.2 Released


Havoc has released Hitler Strikes Back SDL v1.2 which fixes a couple of secret room mapping bugs in the SDL version. The secret wall movement had been changed from 3 to 2 tiles for the SDL version but some maps have now been modified to allow for this. Available here. Vista/Windows 7-compatible.

Correction: It had been changed from 3 spaces to 2 but has now been changed back to 3 as it meant you couldn't access the 2nd secret level or a couple of other secret areas on later levels.

Did he change the ceiling colours this time?

@Dean: No, I've just modified the maps where you couldn't get into the secret areas. I haven't changed the secret tile movement back to 3, it's still 2. So the news is actually not correct in what has changed with this update.

My mistake, thanks for clearing that up Havoc! I knew you'd had to change something to be able to access the areas!
