I somewhat think that this is Dutch spam for sunscreen. Dictionary.com says that zaanstreek is sunstroke. I don't know the rest.zaandamm wrote:Alle bijzondere dingen in de zaanstreek

Re: Free beer for everyone!
It's Dutch indeed. If I'm not mistaking the zaanstreek is actually an area somewhere in the Netherlands, the Dutch term for sunstroke is 'Zonnesteek'.

Anne Frank
I know that this has nothing to do with sunstroke, but I thought that I'd mention it because it's Holland. In my 8th grade English class in the 1990s in Indiana, we read The English translation of The Diary of Anne Frank. Then my teacher said that he himself has been to Anne Frank's house and attic because it's a museum. That would be in Amsterdam, Holland, I believe. I've also been to The temporary Anne Frank exhibit at the world's largest Children's Museum in Indianapolis, Indiana.
I want to go to a Hollecaust Museum in Indiana. Tell me if you want to know more.

Yes, sure. I think it would have been funnier if it was on April Fools' Day. What program did you use to translate it?Dark_wizzie wrote:Uh, should I keep this thread open for discussion?

In Google Translate it translates as "All the special things in the Zaan".

Taking away free beer?!
If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report!
