Live Earth. A lot of good bands like Linkin Park, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Also, some solo artists like Elton John and Madonna. A bit of a marathon though.

Last night I watched a movie called 'The Queen'. It was mainly about the way the British Royal Family reacted to events following the death of Princess Diana in 1997.

Although Helen Mirren (who played the Queen) deserved her Oscar, I felt that those who played both Tony Blair and Prince Philip looked too young for those characters ages at that time.

Nevertheless, a good movie overall.

I'm watching the first episode in the new series of 'The Royal'. It's set in the 1960's and is somewhat similar to 'Heartbeat', but it's based in a hospital instead of a police station. Looks pretty good so far, Some good 60's music included like 'Within You, Without You'. Smile

I know that. It's a very nice milieu it's set in. I'm glad to hear that "Within You Without You" is in it, as it's one of my all-time favorite songs. Wise words indeed. A great song I also heard in that series was "Tales of Brave Ulysses" by Cream. Man, there's so much great music in those two shows, and I think it really fits the mood. But I can't possibly have any idea of what it was like, as I wasn't born then. Smile
